Perfect Breakfast

This is my all time favourite breakfast recipe..its super easy and ridiculously delicious.

Line a muffin tray with streaky bacon

Whisk eggs in a bowl ( I usually use about 10)

Add salt and pepper(you can add any herbs and spices)

Add grated cheese

Pour into your bacon lined muffin tray

Bake till eggs are golden and puffed up...and bacon is crispy

You can add peppers or mushrooms.

11 months old

My little man is 11 months old today♡

1st Birthday Planning

In exactly 1 month my cutie pie Blaze will be ONE  (still can't believe it)..... For me the most stressful part of planning his first birthday party has definitely been deciding on the theme...some of the themes I liked was mickey mouse..peter pan...peppa pig.. but felt all those themes had been done over and over and was kinda boring.

So after thinking about it for the last few days and searching through pinterest like a crazy person I decided..why only have one theme?why not a few?It is his first birthday after all...so its been decided Blaze will have a party with a "THEME" of all his favorite things..why not have a Peter pan cake and peppa pig cupcakes?

Blaze

♡11 MONTHS♡

Gosh how time flies....can't believe my little man is 11 months old already!! Next month we will be celebrating his first birthday (will be doing a blog post soon all about his party theme, ideas & Diy party decor)

Little bit about BLAZE (routine, loves, loathes,milestones)

He can....sit, pull himself up onto his knees on furniture, leopard crawl haha he started doing that about 2 days ago so think he will be crawling real soon..he has 8 teeth...can say mama, dada, baba & can wave tata

He loves..purity banana puffs..bathtime...pear purity babyfood..drinking his bottle..flings chips..being pushed around in his little bike..books..dancing to barney..peppa pig & peter pan

He hates..naptime..sippy cups..being put down(he want to be picked up all the time)..drinking water..getting dressed..lion king(don't know why he screams when I put it on)

Blaze still doesn't sleep through the night (he sleeps in his cot in our room)...he goes to bed at 7:00-7:30 wakes again between 11 and 1 has a bottle and goes right back to sleep..he wakes up every morning between 5:30 - 6:30.

(During the day he has a nap every 2 - 3 hours)

My name is Lee-Andra..I'm 26...born and raised in beautiful Cape Town South Africa...I'm one of four kids..a sister and two half brothers..I'm engaged and a first time / stay at home mommy to the cutest little boy Blaze.

My happily ever after.

I've been with my amazing fiancé for the last 6 years we've had our ups and downs but it has made our relationship stronger then ever...we got engaged 1st August 2012 and have finally set a wedding date..yay ( it's a secret for now) 

My pregnancy

I found out I was between 4 & 5 weeks pregnant on the 8th August 2012 a week after I got engaged..my pregnancy was a breeze never had any morning sickness..lucky me!! Only cravings I had was nectarines & oranges..didn't pick up any weight really just 400g lol.

Blaze Ally Smith

My beautiful boy Blaze was born on the 28th February 2013 at 34 weeks...he spent 2 weeks in NICU..his due date was the 9th April so his birth was a huge surprise..I had an emergency c-section due to my placenta not giving Blaze all the nutrients he needed and him being in distress( I don't know the medical term for what was wrong with my placenta it's in one of my old emails..as soon as I find it I'll post it)
